Tom has 18+ years of recruitment experience across multiple geographies. Based in Dubai, he manages our team of consultants and researchers, bringing deep expertise from senior in-house roles with a Luxury Real Estate Developer, Sovereign Wealth Fund, and globally recognized Bank.
In recent years, Tom has specialized in Executive level hiring across all corporate functions. He has also managed the recruitment function for a Management Consulting firm, delivering placements across Healthcare, Financial Services, Government, IT & Telecoms, and Oil & Gas.
Prior to Dubai, Tom worked at an Executive Search Firm in Hong Kong, covering North and South East Asia across Financial Services, IT, and Telecoms. Educated in the UK, Tom has lived and worked across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
